Born from London’s historic Apple Market – the 17th-century heart of the city’s fruit trade – our new releases pay tribute to the growers, barrow boys and bustling Covent Garden stalls that once overflowed with the blush of English apples.
We’re excited to unveil two limited edition 12-year-old English apple brandies, both fully matured in French oak ex-cider casks, and both a wildly characterful finale to the year.

With an expressive yet harmoniously textural ABV, Stall 54 reveals a perfectly balanced profile of elegance, lift and lively apple character. Think festive spiced apple strudel - you’ll be right there.

Yes, you read that right. This highly limited release is bottled at an unapologetically formidable strength. Stall 70 delivers remarkable depth, richness and unrepentant apple intensity, with a finish that lingers long into next week. Layer upon layer of orchard character, with a truly playful smack of utterly carefree attitude.
Yesteryear was born from the 2011 founding of The London Distillery Company, crafted anew from the distillery’s LV-1767 Edition – the first new London whisky for over 100 years.
We’ve revived this historic whisky, returning it from glass to first-fill sherry octaves and finishing it in a refill sherry quarter cask – and in doing so, have created a reimagined expression of the whisky that started it all.

In the mid-19th century, countless sherry casks arrived at London’s bustling docks, where merchants soon discovered their transformative effect on maturing malt whisky – a moment that changed the course of the whisky industry.
Embarque continues this story. Finished in exceptional oloroso sherry casks from Bodegas Barbadillo, it carries with it the character of both place and passage. This limited release of just 500 bottles unites the depth of sherry wood with the bold, traditionally crafted spirit of The London Distillery Company.
