New Forms is an exploration of possibility – an invitation to reimagine what the London Distillery Company’s single malt whisky can become. Drawn from the rare and finite casks of the original distillery, this series looks forward rather than back, reshaping our spirit through bold, modern interventions.
The New Forms Collection showcases the versatility of our spirit through three first-fill finishing casks never previously used by the original distillery: ex-bourbon, fino sherry, and moscatel sherry. While each whisky begins from the same refill hogshead foundation, the influence of these distinctive casks creates three radically different expressions, each bottled at natural cask strength and drawn from a single cask.
Together, they offer a unique opportunity to experience the evolution of one spirit through three new forms — a collection that celebrates craftsmanship, creativity, and the future spirit of London.
